To celebrate the new season of Bridgerton, we made a cake worthy of a scandal:

Layers of Earl Grey ice cream, pistachio cake, raspberry jam, and vanilla ice cream. The kind of dessert Lady Whistledown would absolutely write about and fit for any duchess' Bridgerton viewing party, soiree, or Valentine’s Day.
